Who we are

Edutronics AI LLC provides practical AI adoption services for organizations. Edutronics AI owns and operates MiniRAG, the Edutronics AI Academy course catalog, and related browser-based course experiences. MiniRAG product use may also be covered by the MiniRAG privacy policy at minirag.ai/privacy.

Privacy principles

• We collect only the information needed to run the site, answer inquiries, deliver courses, support customers, and operate MiniRAG-backed services.
• MiniRAG can support Edutronics-managed AI requests and bring-your-own-key workflows, depending on the product plan and configuration.
• BYOK API keys are encrypted before storage. They may be stored locally or synced through account services if the user signs in, but Edutronics AI does not receive unencrypted BYOK keys.
• When cloud sync is enabled, prompts, account data, encrypted keys, and course or usage records may sync through account and database services. Local-only workflows remain available where the product supports them.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, company information, role information, messages submitted through forms, meeting or demo requests, course registration or progress information, support requests, billing or account administration details, and technical information such as browser, device, IP address, pages visited, and general usage data.

If you participate in a cohort or browser-based course lab, we may also process prompts, documents, notes, lab responses, and examples you choose to submit so we can deliver the learning experience and support the workflow being practiced.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries, demo requests, cohort planning requests, and customer support needs.
• Provide the website, course catalog, course labs, MiniRAG-related services, and adoption programs.
• Prepare proposals, onboarding plans, workflow examples, and customer-specific adoption materials.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve our websites, courses, products, and services.
• Manage billing, account administration, compliance, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Calls, emails, and text messages

We may contact prospective or current business customers by phone, email, or text message using contact details they provide to us, details connected to an existing business relationship, or details reasonably needed to respond to a request.

Where required, we ask for consent before sending marketing or promotional text messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any Edutronics AI service. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, or QUIT, or by contacting us through the form at edutronics.ai/contact. We will honor reasonable opt-out requests and may send one non-promotional confirmation message after receiving an opt-out.

We do not sell mobile numbers, text message opt-in data, or SMS consent records. We may use service providers to send or manage messages for us, but they are not permitted to use that information for their own marketing.

AI, course labs, and customer examples

Some course activities let learners submit prompts and receive AI-generated responses. To operate those labs, Edutronics AI may send prompts and related context to AI model providers or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.

For Edutronics-managed requests, prompts may be routed through secure infrastructure to selected AI providers using managed API keys. For BYOK workflows, content is sent to the AI provider selected by the user or organization. We do not store prompt content or AI responses long-term unless needed for support, security, account administration, legal compliance, or a customer-approved enterprise workflow.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential customer data, regulated information, or proprietary documents unless your organization has approved that use and the relevant enterprise terms allow it. For client-specific cohorts, written agreements or statements of work may include additional data handling, retention, access, security, or confidentiality commitments. If those terms conflict with this general policy, the more specific customer agreement controls for that engagement.

How we share information

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, process payments, operate courses, provide AI model access, manage customer records, and deliver support. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information as a business model.

Service providers we use

Depending on the service, we may use trusted service providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication and account sync, course progress and certificate records, secure request routing, payment processing, analytics, customer communications, and AI model access. These providers process information only as needed to provide services to Edutronics AI or as directed by the customer or learner.

Each AI model provider has its own privacy and data handling practices. Customers using BYOK or enterprise configurations should choose providers that match their organization's data requirements.

Cookies and analytics

Our websites may use cookies, similar technologies, server logs, and analytics tools to keep the site working, understand traffic, measure page performance, and improve content. Your browser settings may let you limit or delete cookies, but some site features may not work as intended without them.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, support, legal, security, accounting, and business records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no website or online service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or limit certain information we maintain about you, subject to legal, contractual, security, and operational limits. You may also opt out of marketing communications. The fastest way to reach us is through edutronics.ai/contact.

Children

Edutronics AI is designed for business and organizational use. Our public sites and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our sites, courses, MiniRAG services, or legal obligations change. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and publish the revised policy on this page.
